Chris Bryant is an award-winning trainer, consultant, and expert in Customer Experience. His background includes legendary brands such as Nordstrom and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he served as Director of Training for the top-rated and largest Ritz-Carlton in North America. Mr. Bryant has equipped and inspired over 50,000 team members for over 70 sports organizations across every major sport, including the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, and the NASCAR Hall of Fame, for nearly two decades. Fun Fact: Chris was once a contestant and big winner on the Price Is Right Game Show!

Christel is an international speaker, trainer, and spokesperson with a passion for developing business and service professionals. She has traveled the world to provide interactive and dynamic programs across the United States as well as Canada, Europe and Asia. Her expertise was honed during her corporate career with leading brands that include Gucci, Montblanc, Tag Heuer, Hello Kitty and Audemars Piguet. Fun Fact: Christel is originally from Little Rock Arkansas and has literally traveled to every state (all 50) in the United States!

Calvin Stovall has nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a passion for the guest experience. During his career, he served as Vice President of Brand Marketing for Hilton Worldwide and oversaw over 150 Homewood Suite Hotels. Under his leadership, the brand was recognized four times by J.D. Power and Associates. Fun Fact: Calvin was once mistaken for a famous Hollywood actor and got the royal treatment at an Oscar De La Hoya fight in Las Vegas.

Suzanne Stauss is a dynamic leader with expertise in organizational logistics, graphic design, and event planning. Educated in Psychology and Communications, she excels at understanding and managing a wide range of people. Suzanne skillfully oversees multiple software platforms, designing systems that enhance small business efficiency. Her passion is transforming complexity into simplicity with creativity and precision. Fun Fact: Suzanne is raising five naughty chickens and a lot of her own food.

Meet our Chief Barking Officer, the Miniature Golden Doodle, with a heart of gold and energy to match! Known for her boundless enthusiasm and loyalty, she brings joy and uplifts spirits around the office daily. In addition, her responsibilities include greeting guests, security alerts, and stress relief playtime. Fun Fact: Haley is a star athlete with a 60-inch vertical jump and she runs the 40-yard dash in a blazing 2.5 seconds.
